WOD: A. Power Snatch to Hang Power Snatch Complex: 1-1-1-1-1 E2MOM B. Sprint WOD: 3 minute AMRAP of: 250m row 10 deadlifts 115/80 (55 and over 85/55) 5 hang power snatch 115/80 (55 and over 85/55) Max reps toes to bar OR V-ups rest 3 minutes Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds Score = total T2B or V-ups from all 4 rounds combined
