WOD: A. Spend 10 minutes building up to a tough triple on Power Cleans to Front Squats B. Spend 10 minutes working on toes to bar and barbell push up technique C. 11 minute AMRAP of: 4 power cleans 145/100 5 front squats 145/100 10 T2B 11 barbell push-ups Thursday Night Throw Down tonight at 615pm! Come ready to THROW DOWN!! *REMINDER* Upcoming Events at CFHSV this weekend Saturday, August 31 11am: Rope Climbing Workshop! Please wear/bring appropriate rope climbing gear such as long socks, long pants, and shoe with good traction.
