Bo works hard and quietly in the back while making steady gains. His improvements have been awesome to watch. He’s a top notch person that makes the early mornings and CFHSV a better gym. Glad you found us buddy keep grinding!

I did Bo’s Personal 101 when he joined CFHSV about a year ago, and it is awesome to see that he has stuck with it and made so many gains! Bo is a super nice guy, and we are so lucky to have him at CFHSV. Keep it up, stud! ?
