Bench 5 sets 10 reps 95lbs Still recovering from surgery. Bench Kills me.

WOD @ 115lbs = 5:31 Shoulder to overhead and burpees still Kill me.

CFHSV has some killer times. Way to go. These kind of results posted by the CFHSV athletes motivated me to give this a try. Great Job
