Clean & Jerks (Squat or Power) E2MOM 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 "Taking Turns" by DB 20 Min AMRAP: Team WOD** 20 Clean & Jerks 155/105 RX+ 185/125 MRX 115/75 20 Burpee Toes to Bar 120 Double Unders (4 sets of 30, 2 each) 20 Partner Passing Wallball Sit-Ups 20lbs MRX 14lbs *Taking turns as you go, alternating every rep on all exercises except Double Unders (alternate every 30 reps) REMINDER: Friday Night FIGHT!
