WOD: A. EMOM for 6 minutes Clean & Jerk Training Even Min: 1 hang power clean to 1 power jerk Odd Min: 1 squat clean to 1 split jerk rest 3 minutes and adjust weight Repeat EMOM for 6 minute training at a heavier weight B.
