Mac! This guy wasn't about to let a little rain keep him inside! This ain't his first rodeo... Mac has been throwing down for years. He is a skilled CrossFitter who can do it all. He can move heavy weight, fly through gymnastic movements and he also has an engine. He's got to stay on it because his two girls are nipping at his heels! This is an all around athletic family that puts their health and fitness first. So glad they are part of the CFHSV family!
