Coach DB I wish you the best. I wanted to personally thank you for your ability to coach, motivate and lead by example. Your best contribution to our gym is you have produced incredible coaches from great people. I see you in their instruction, in their ability to motivate and lead by example. You will be missed but the legacy of STRONG CrossFit athletes will continue and grow. God Bless my friend, I will look for you in Carson.

Coach Dennis Berry, let me say first and foremost, you will fore ever be imprinted on my heart and mind. Always leading by example, always encouraging, and striving for the best in each and every one of us. In today's world it's hard to find a man of principle and integrity. Dennis, you possess both and I will truly miss you as a coach and as a friend. May the Lord guide, keep, and hold you and your family in the palms of his hands. God bless you Dennis Berry!

Dennis, you will be truly missed by us (Carrie and I) and everyone in the box. You embody the spirit of CrossFit. You always know how to encourage to make us give more than we knew we could give. Thank you for all of your contributions to our box. God bless you and your family. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Sincerely,

The Liottas

Coach D, I wanted to thank you for everything you've done for us here @ CFHSV. I know you have impacted the lives of so many athletes at our box, and I know well the impact you've had on mine. You taught us how to push past our self-doubt and discomfort to achieve our goals. You taught us discipline and drive to continue to improve on our fitness journey. And you taught us that just because we're knocked down doesn't mean we're knocked out, it just means it's time to get back up and back at it. I'm sad to see you go but genuinely wish you all the best in this next chapter. I'll remember all the moments you challenged me to be better, they made a difference.

Coach DB--We are so sad to see you leave but thrilled that you get to "go home" after all your years of service to our country and our gym. You are that rare individual who leaves his mark on everyone he touches. We are all better Crossfitters and better people for having known you. You have left behind a high standard that we will all strive to maintain. We know what "Right" looks like because of you. God Speed my friend. RLTW

Coach DB.... I believe one of the greatest titles in the world to have is "coach." You have all the qualities every great coach strives for. You have made an impact on every single person you've ever coached, whether they came to the box three times a week or did two-a-days every day of the week. Your ability to motivate and push people far beyond their own self made limitations, is a true gift. Not only did you talk the talk, but you walked the walk. You lead by example on a daily basis. I am truly honored to have been coached by you and have the opportunity to watch you train and compete at the highest level. Your leadership made everyone want to work a little harder and dig a little deeper. You set the standard high. While your presence as a coach and athlete will be greatly missed, your spirit and discipline shines on through all of our amazing CFHSV coaches. I truly believe we have the best coaching staff a box can have. I've always heard that the true test of a great coach is when they leave, the athletes carry on successfully... And with the coaches we have, I have no doubt about that. Thank you for making me a better athlete. I am so happy for you and your family and I wish you the best! Can't wait to see you again!
