WOD: A. Spend 15 minutes working on rope climb technique and scales B. Complete the following for time of: 10 ground to overhead 95/65 2 rope climbs 15' 200m run 8 ground to overhead 135/95 2 rope climbs 200m run 6 ground to overhead 155/105 2 rope climbs 15' 200m run 4 ground to overhead 185/125 2 rope climbs 15' 200m run 2 ground to overhead 205/140 2 rope climbs 15' 200m run *athlete is responsible for changing weights* REMINDERS: This Saturday, June 21st: Monthly Nutrition Class, 10am. Free to all members! This Saturday, June 21st: Pull-Up Workshop, 11am-12pm. Counts as a regular visit for Silver and Gold, $15 for Bronze Members. Come master your kipping and/or butterfly pull-ups! Open to all levels.
