From Milton Anthony:

Let me first say that everyone’s wishes, condolences, thoughts and prayers were not only heartfelt but also deeply appreciated! For all those that posted comments on the CrossFit Huntsville website, thank you from the very bottom of my heart! (I say the bottom of my heart because the top part still has a gigantic hole in it, which comes from the loss of my wife.) All of you helped me realize how much of a part of this family Linda and I are. God bless all of you! Sometimes, it takes losing something special for us to realize just how special things are that we have not lost. All of you and the entire International CrossFit family are part of those things I have not lost, but I am so grateful to be a part of. I thank you again and although I am not back at CrossFit yet, I will be returning soon, and with a new bridled attitude to do the very best that I possibly can! When I return I may be asking for help, from time to time. But as all of you have proven in the past… All I have to do is ask. Again, I thank you and may God bless and keep you! Milton Anthony

If you ever want to know what a movement is supposed to look like, just watch this dude. Picture perfect, spot on form. David never lacks intensity but he also never compromises position. Way to be, David P!
