Got to drop in at Crossfit Fairfax this afternoon.

400m run
21 power snatch @ 95lbs
15 ring dips
=16:45

Never underestimate the snatch in a workout like this.

The owner, Coach Jeff Tincher, is one of Crossfit's original Fire Breathers. He is a fantastic coach. I highly recommend dropping in at Crossfit Fairfax if you are out that way in the DC area.
