This is an awesome shot of two great people I love to see and joke around with. Gayli and sis Kecia sharing some time in the gym. Gayli has been at CFHSV for many years now and just when you think it couldn’t get any better Kecia walks through the doors. Lovely shot of two lovely people in their own right. Nothing like some sibling love and fitness 💙

Oh man, I just love this photo. Gayli and Kecia working hard together and enjoying some sister time, too. These ladies are both great in so many ways, and I’m so glad they get to enjoy CrossFit together on a regular basis. Keep working hard, you two! 😊
