I did not complete today's WOD...however, I was able to solidify the toes to bar movement I finally got (after almost 6 years of doing CrossFit (Open WOD 16.2 ...hint, hint...don't give up). I was very happy knowing that I was able to surpass the energy/excitement of the Open to perform the movement in an actual WOD. Feeling good...feeling positive...feeling inspired :-).
