WOD: A. Bench Press: 4 sets of 6 reps E2MOM B. 2 rounds for time of: 50 calorie row 40 double unders 30 KBS 24kg/16kg RX+ 32kg/24kg 20 ab-mat unanchored sit-ups RX+ Military ab-mat unanchored sit-ups 10 hand release push-ups RX+ hand release clapping push-ups We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the hazardous driving conditions, we will be canceling our 415pm, 515pm, 615pm and CF101 classes today. We WILL be open for OPEN GYM from 1pm-3pm and for the 315pm class. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
