A: 225(7)-245(5)-260(4)-270(3)-270(3)
B: 7+8, RX+ (4 reps less this time. Key points: all t2b+pull-up were singles as opposed to last time. Stronger and more efficient with the barbell this time. Had to do a combo of push and split last time, all push jerk this time).
C: core development complete
- What a BA pic! These dudes bring it every morning!! The comradery, friendship and trash talking is without a doubt some of the best! :-)
