B: 7+8, RX+ (4 reps less this time. Key points: all t2b+pull-up were singles as opposed to last time. Stronger and more efficient with the barbell this time. Had to do a combo of push and split last time, all push jerk this time).
C: core development complete

B. Piddled around and did 4 rounds + 5 clean/jerks @ 185, used an underhand grip on complex. I must say I was not making contact with the bar on every rep(not good)
