85% of 1RM was prescribed but I'm not there right now so Tye suggested I go with my current Front Squat 1RM, it was perfect! Thanks Tye!

That was awful! I don't know why I consented to this. I'm Looking forward to hovering over the toilet for the next 3 days.

Yes, this was a brutal WOD, and I would definitely compare it to the 400m walking lunge WOD, but I do think the positive thing about it is that you get to run which helped to break up that lactic acid build up. The other bright thing is that your body will feel balanced if you did yesterday's WOD too. :) Have a great Thursday CFHSV!
