Very discombobulated this morning, as a 415-515 CF'er attending the 6AM class.
165/90/(missed this one)/20-didn't realize I was doing it for time....telling you, I was all out of sorts!!
Hope the WOD for Warriors goes great this weekend!!
We are headed to the beach and plan to make some drop-ins to CF Destin.

Squats= 125x5 ,145x5, 135x10, 135x20
Bench= 115x5, 105x5, 100x10, 90x20
61 reps for BB max reps on bench
Skipped jumping squats... Nursing my adductor so I stayed light today.
