I've had a customer in town for the past two days and couldn't make the 0600 class. I was disappointed I couldn't do Murph yesterday, so I did it this morning at home.

I'm sorry I missed it, but it looked like a shoulder extravaganza. Went to the doc yesterday and he said he didn't think it was anything serious. I just hate not being able to train. :(

Back from Philly, didn't make it to any box's there but had dumbells in the hotel exercise room so all was good.

Travel WODs:
100 40lb DB Squat Cleans with 5 Burpees on the minute every minute - 10:52
21-15-9 reps of 45lb DB Thruster, Pushups, Situps - 7:40

Woods WOD, track deer for 2 hours then drag it up the side of the mountain it ran down! Have ATV die and have to push it back to trailer and bring it home for service! Good times, at least there is some backstrap on the way!!!
