Dylan showing off one of his many skills. This dude is a really well-rounded athlete who is strong, skilled and has an engine to boot. He’s worked incredibly hard and has taken his game to another level this past year. He’s got a great attitude, a laid back disposition, and is always smiling and friendly. But when it’s time to work, he can put his head down and really push his limits. All the makings of a top notch athlete. Can’t wait to see Dylan continue to excel. Keep up the work, stud! 😊

Big Deal Dylan turning things upside down. Dylan’s got skills and he ain’t afraid to use them. He’s got an arsenal of weapons at his disposal when it comes to CrossFit. He can do it all. He’s a grinder and puts in lots of extra work on the regular. Dylan is thoughtful, honest, funny, and rocks to his own beat. I’m a big fan of Dylan and it’s always good to have him in class or the side gym earning gains. Stay ripped my dude!

3 rounds (scaled burpee C2B, Red KB, #155) then shoulder got “tweaky” and scaled to just deadlifts and hang cleans at 155 for the last 10min.
