You get the picture, we wouldn’t be in the shape we are in without your hard work and efforts everyday.

Eric..well said. I have been a member of Crossfit Huntsville for more than 5 years now. I am...well....old. Lets just leave it at that. Crossfit Huntsville is one of the top 5 most transformational things that has ever happened to me. Right up there with Carol Pepe, my dog Natcho and Jesus. I travel all over the world and visit Crossfit boxes everywhere. We flat out have the best of everything right here. The best coaches, the best athletes, the best community, the best facility. Lunch time crew was off the chain today. Mac invited me to partner up and then he commenced to crush front squats and strict press. Adam and Dennis coached us up and everyone seems to genuinely be pulling for each other. What a crazy week. Oh, and did y'all notice that Paul McCrary is a monster on a collision course with the 2015 games? Everybody come out on Saturday. Cause it's TIME TO PAY THE BILLS. #ttptb
