This guy has been gracing us with his presence for many years and I still get genuinely excited when I see him walk through the door. Ron is fun, laid back, and friendly, and whether he wants to admit it or not, he’s quite a stellar CrossFitter too ? Thanks for making CFHSV your home Ron. It wouldnt be the same without you!

My man Ron Wood! Not many CFHSV athletes have been around as long as Ron. He’s one of the more unassuming pillars of the community. He’s low key, easy going, got a great sense of humor, and makes CFHSV a better place, in particular, the 7am. He’s also an assuming athlete who’s favorite movement is anything with 225 on the bar. He can do anything. And lastly, he might enjoy ice cream as much as myself which often leaves us trading ice cream secrets during the strength sessions. Ron Wood is the best

Ron Wood is such a pleasure to know and work out with every day at 7:00AM. He makes our class and our gym a much better and much more enjoyable place. Great athlete, great guy, ?.
