CrossFit Huntsville will be open today for the following class times: 0700, 0900, 1130, 1530 CFK, 1630, 1730, 1830 101 Class (Note that this means 0600 will be cancelled!) As some of you know, I have been living in a very nice room at the Homewood Suites in Providence for the past 4 months. It is an extended stay with a complete kitchen, King size bed, and fold out couch. We have water, power, and an industrial generator. The Homewood also serves Breakfast every morning, and dinner monday through thursday. I just found out that all the hotels in the area are completely booked, some for months. Most of the hotels are giving priority to those who have lost their homes, and sometimes more. I am donating my room, free of charge, to anyone who needs it, for as long as they need it. I want to extend this to my Crossfit Family before anyone else. Crossfitters, if you know someone who needs this, please let me know ASAP, because there is a special list of people who need a place, because they have nothing, at the front desk of the hotel. If I do not hear anything by the end of the day, I will call someone from the list.

Really like this movement, it's more "knee friendly" and for whatever reason, I can lock the weight out overhead without feeling the need to bend my elbows... weird.
