Sumo deadlift is interesting. Definitely something I'm going to work on. I have to work on switching up my grips, too. I always seem to do the same thing.

Made up Filthy Fifty in 20:43, almost a full 2 minute PR. I thought I had sub 20 in me, but the Burpees broke me.
