Yep, haha. Already know my score: -150. If someone would go ahead and write it down for me I won't even have to show up. :) Well, maybe I can get one set of wallballs unbroken if the temperature stays below 90, so I might as well head down there at 1730 and shoot for the -135.

30 points RX'd

Last three rounds of CTB were broken, everything else unbroken.

CTB 20,20,15(5),8(12),5(15) = -20
WB 25,25,25,25,25 = 25
DU 22,1,21,30,30 = -20

= -15

I was trying to net zero every round. DUs failed me in the beginning, but came around in the last two rounds. I knew CTB would fail after a couple of rounds. Round 3 was the round that put me at -15. Tough WOD. I thought it would never end.

-60

Think I wrote -30 on the board, my math skills weren't quite working after this wod. I'm with Larry and goal was net zero. Got it on round 1, was at +10 until DU's...and got 2. WBS unbroken, CTB diminiished and DUs improved but never quite made it to unbroken.

CTB pullups and wallballs unbroken on every round. No chance on the double unders. Scaled to singles just to get something done and managed 90 unbroken in all but the 3rd round.

Majorly scaled, but the scaling helped with knowing my limits, and what my thresholds were.
5kpu/WBS as rx'ed/10 DUs=30

Looking forward to tomorrow's chipper!

Great programming today, love how that unbroken goal made you push for a # of reps. Gets this long-time runner to push way outside comfort zone.

-75 Rx'ed for me. Went 15 reps on CTB each round before being broken. All WBs unbroken. DU were brokens rounds 1-4, but rallied and did the full 30 unbroken on round 5 (near a PR for me).

very hard workout;

-15 but scaled to 15 CTB (which i only was able to do unbroken once) and scaled DU's to single unders in the 3rd round. The most I was able to link was 22 in the first round and it was down hill from there.

definitely a mental WOD, which is always a good thing!
