Neighborhood run this morning - 27min , 2.4 miles. It was really a jog to see how my back could take it. Some soreness and pain on hills and toward the end, but overall ok, and fine now. Will keep that up as much as possible. Will be visiting the doc on Monday for an assessment - hope for the best!

Hey guys! I just saw that Pound for Pound already has 275+ registered athletes and they are capping it off at 300! I know several CFHSV athletes have already signed up.

You can go here for more info http://www.crossfitmontgomery.com/pound4pound/about/ but I think you have to register on the Garage Games Website. There are advanced, intermediate, beginner divisions as well as teams and masters so something for everyone!
