Warm-up:
Move through the 10 movements included in today's workout and perform 5-25 reps of each
Workout:

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

the only times we adjust are for lightning (no outside runs), tornadoes ( we always cancel during a warning but not always a watch) and if our trainers get stuck in the snow and can't get to work ( that means me because Monte sano has more snow than the rest of Huntsville to the point that people don't beleive me)

Lost all the time in burpees. Amazingly slow today. Just had no reserve energy to give. Disappointing to say the least.

My confidence going into any WOD is by far the biggest factor in my performance and it showed today. I was confident all day long about this workout and told myself I was going to do well no matter what and it worked.
I have got to start being more confident in my own ability and learn to bring it every day.
