Warm-up: 10 minutes of shoulder mobility followed by 3 minutes of the following: 5 PVC front squats, 15 second FLR Workout: "Gator" Eight rounds for time of: 185 pound Front squat, 5 reps 26 Ring push-ups Post time to comments. Cool-down: Sit quietly for 3 minutes! ****"Training Vs. Competition"**** from CrossFit Silver Spring (MD). "The Barbell Hates Skinny" from CrossFit Lisbeth. Agree.....my arms look like road rash. The front squat was just a break from the ring pushups on this wod for me. Way to stay with it Tye.

I have burns on my upper arm that are seeping now, gross, yes. I'm not a fan of ring pushups, but I wasn't going to stop.

32:27 RX'd. extremely challenging WOD that I was very relieved to finish. Great job 4:30 class...great group to work out with!
