Enlarge image Canadian Forces Private Colin Wilmot, 24, of Fredericton, New Brunswick, assigned to the Second Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (2 PPCLI) Battle Group, based out of Edmonton, Alberta, died on July 6, 2008 from wounds suffered when an explosive device detonated near him in the Panjwali District of Afghanistan. He is survived by his fiancee Laura, father Eric Craig, and sister Kathleen.

I did a scaled version of the chipper we've got for regionals.
15 cal row, 20 burpees, 20 GTOH with 45lb DB's, 20 TTB, 100' walking lunge with 45lb plate overhead, and 100' sprint - The GTOH is a suck fest, everything else wasn't too bad.

I read it and thought, "Surely that's a misprint," but then was looking at the other girls' weights who were behind her and, umm, nope - it's gotta be right.

Team movement standards have been released. It looks like each athlete is only allowed to compete in one workout per day, meaning all 6 athletes have to workout each day. That kind of throws a wrench in our plans for Justin on the Thrusters.

I want everyone to know that I'm very amped to have the opportunity to coach you, and look forward to working with those of you that I've known for a long time and those of you that I may have only met in passing so far.
