The case against Lance Armstrong
R.I.P, Jack LaLanne
"The trouble with fighting for human freedom is that one spends most of one's time defending scoundrels. For it is against scoundrels that oppressive laws are first aimed, and oppression must be stopped at the beginning if it is to be stopped at all."

Concentrated on keeping the L pullups as strict as possible throughout as Jake requested. Tried to do as many pistols as I could without grabbing my foot each round, but after a while that was the only way I could keep them going.

A great reason to post results online...in the case you lose or forget your notebook, you can pull previous workouts from the archives!

L pullup form was less than desirable towards the end.

It kinda sucks that everyone seems to only remember him as "the old juice guy". The dude was much more than that. He was basically CrossFitting back in the 1940's and laid the foundation for much of what we do today. He took physical culture from something for fringe nut jobs into the mainstream of our society. He invented the stacked weight machine, staple of the GloboGym, had he realized his genius and patented it, he'd been richer than god.
Anyway... hate to heard he's gone. Much respect Mr. LaLanne. RIP.
