A couple of people asked me about it last night (THANK YOU BOTH) and the questions were 1)Do they only eat Paleo? The answer is: While they do mostly eat paleo, yes, Amanda told me that they will enjoy anything that we bring to them and they are so appreciative of not having to shop/prepare/cook right now. She has zero energy and needs as much rest as possible. The second question I had was 2) How do I get it to them? Amanda is reachable via text message, and her phone number is on the website next to their address info (link below). Just text her the day before (or morning of) and work out the drop-off time with her. Phil met me in the little cul de sac in front of their gate when I dropped their meal off yesterday and it worked perfectly.
Again, thank you all! I'm like everyone else - I'm so busy and I don't know what I'm doing half the time.... :) When I see a friend in need and going through a hard time, I always think, "I want to do something, but what?" This doesn't seem like much, but it takes an incredible burden off of them while they cope with what's going on right now. They truly appreciate it!

2rds + 4 @ 20 min
Brain wasn't quite firing afterward, think I posted on the board 1 + 4 at 15 min...
Training for Rocket City Marathon starts this week, 20 weeks to go. Limiting all couplet, triplet and other metcons to 15 mins, except for prescribed 20 min AMRAPS (and except for today :P) Form on squat snatches felt great today. DB's snatch clinic a month ago helped a ton with mental cues today.

I welcomed the wall balls, this was very difficult for me....squat snatch. Scott was motivating.
