Warm-up: THE Dennis Berry Double-under drill followed by 10 minutes of Snatch practice Workout: Seven rounds of: 35 Double-unders 1 Snatch Make one snatch attempt per round Post time and total of all successful snatches to comments. Do not count missed reps. Cool down: 10 minute squat test. Make it farther than you did last time!

Really took my time and focused on the snatches. Started at 125 and missed the first one, but stuck the next 4 so I went up to 130 on the last two. I felt more solid receiving the bar than I ever have.

Yeah I need some practice on the DU, but i did link more than 3 so I am seeing some improvement.

10:56 was my time with single-unders. I got into the 60s several times before tripping up. Doubles still seem hopelessly out of reach. 450 on the snatches. I missed the second one while trying to adjust for being a little winded. Never thought I'd enjoy a workout that involved a jump rope, but I did like that one once it was over.
