*The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min.

*This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.

Rossina locked out, looking strong and way too pretty to be in the middle of a WOD! This lady is a super hard worker who trains smart and takes the time to do things the right way. She’s pleasant and friendly, and always brings with her a positive attitude and plenty of motivation. She’s made big gains in her overall fitness, and continues to improve across all physical domains. Love having you at CFHSV, Rossina! Keep it up! 😊

Rossina reaching for the clouds with that lock out. She’s been so smart in all that she does at the gym and it’s paid off. Rossina is easy to talk to and coach and she’s always receptive and kind. When she isn’t throwing down in the gym she’s upstairs with Clair working yoga. Rossina has a beautiful family that CFHSV is lucky have around. Keep showing up Rossina cause you’re doing great and youve become and CrossFitter 😊
