WOD: A. Bench Press: 10-10-10-10-10 E3MOM B. 1 mile run fir time = Score #1 rest exactly 2 minutes from completion of the run, then 1 max rep set of push-ups, Military standard rest 1 minute 1 max rep set of push-ups, Military standard Score #2 = total reps from both push-up max rep efforts
