This guy is a natural athlete who has made a transition into CrossFit look as easy as can be. Consistent effort leads to steady but great progress, and Alex is a perfect example. Keep it up! ?

20 lateral burpees when 40:00 was up. Did 135 and an mat sit ups. 200 on deadlift. 2 pood kbs
