Jeff climbing high among the giants. He’s a born bad ass and a great guy. Jeff made the on-line age group quarterfinals again this year. Jeff is an awesome CrossFitter with strength, skills, and an engine to boot. On any given day he’ll hit a WOD outa the park and he’s consistent in between those home-runs too. Jeff! Super impressive to watch this guy scale that rope with no legs. He is crazy strong and an amazing athlete.
