Mary Helen has a drive that is unmatched, an engine that won’t stop, and the sheer ability to do more than any athlete I’ve ever known. She quietly attacks every WOD and always finishes wanting more. That Mary Helen is a silent killer. I've never met a CrossFitter or athlete in general thats as good as she is and completely quiet about it. Don't say a word. Shows up, chalks up, beats everybody and slips right out the door. It's scary
