You guys mentioned the weight vest, I was actually looking for one but apparently they aren't in the gym anymore. I'm enjoying the running. Fun WOD today!

It was hot at 4:15 and my weekend of travel/dining/fine wine took its toll on my run.
However, I feel cleansed now.
