You guys mentioned the weight vest, I was actually looking for one but apparently they aren't in the gym anymore. I'm enjoying the running. Fun WOD today!

Almost got hit by a car on the 1200m run--my fault. Thought my legs would never work again with 45 back squats to go. Almost puked on the last 400m run. Honestly, I don't remember my time. 31:?? If you can't tell, it is 8 hours later and I am still not right.
