Tyler is OG fit…been doing it long before he found CFHSV but I’m glad he found us and gave CrossFit a chance. He’s got the work ethic, he makes peace with the grind, trains smart, and knows how to enjoy the ride. Alway good see him bring his original swag to the gym. Keep it up dude!
