I love this…Tina is as solid as they come. Tina is part of the dedicated 6:15 class that shuts the gym down with their performance each evening. She’s surrounded by family and friends while she earns and maintains those CrossFit stripes. She’s full of fire, wit, and love and she spreads it evenly. Always enjoy seeing Tina and proud of her for being dedicated to her health and fitness. Keep showin the family how it’s done 😊

Tina taking notes after a tough WOD! This is how it’s done… Tina’s been around long enough to know how to record her successes and celebrate the wins. At the end of the day the only person you need to prove yourself to is YOU! Tina is simply one of the best. She’s a 6:15 regular and gets stronger/smarter year after year. Love ending the day with both Tina and Chris… I can’t think of a better couple to have date night with!

Another WOD in the books for Tina! This lady is as lovely as they come and it’s always a joy to see her walk through the doors. She’s become an ole’ pro after years of putting in the work, and she continues to challenge herself and push her limits, all the while maintaining a strong commitment to form and technique. She’s got a wonderful family, many of whom we are lucky to also have at CFHSV. Tina is kind, thoughtful, friendly and fun. Love knowing her and being a part of her fitness journey!
