Go’head Jake! Those push ups were a lot tougher than I wanted them to be and Jake’s reppin them out. He’s got a great work ethic and doesn’t mind the pain. Jake also has a great head of hair and can OHS…the dude has got it goin on. Jake’s a good guy and always smiles, jokes, and has checked in on me and and encouraged me during my shoulder recovery this past year. Appreciate ya dude and keep up the hard work!

Jake tackling a tough movement and looking strong in the process. This guy loves CrossFit and is always up for a challenge. He’s a high skill athlete who always impresses with his gymnastics abilities and barbell technique. He’s got a laid back way about him and is easy to talk to and always considerate. He’s a friendly guy who takes everything in stride and is usually wearing a smile, too. Keep working hard and getting after it, Jake! 😊
