This is the my second time trying this Hero WOD. First time was 5/1 and I was cut off by time so I didn't finish.
Thanks for all of the encouragement from the coaches and people in 0600!

I'm sorely (no kiddin') my CF WODs, but am giving the tendinitus in my knee and elbow time to get right. These were just getting worse and so in order to get back to full speed (LOL) WODs will take a few more days. Thanks for being there . . . .
