Hype Man Hal poppin a wheelie with the rower…only Hal! Hal goes hard. Period. Hal brings whatever he’s got every morning and leaves it all on the floor. 6am has lots of character and Hal is definitely a part of that and it’s all positive. When he’s not getting jacked up for a lift for himself he’s hyping someone else up across the gym. Keep bringin the that thump!

This is such a great photo that perfectly captures the intensity that only Hal can bring. This man has got enough energy to fill the gym, and he brings it daily no matter what the WOD. He’s got an engine that can go full throttle, and he can cycle a barbell with the best of them. He’s 100% himself at all times, and he’s unabashedly one of my favorite people to see in the gym. A real deal intensity junkie who thrives in the pain cave. Keep after it, Hal! 😊

Hal! The only thing better than this picture is the fact that I got to watch him popping that wheelie! This dude has an intensity that in unmatched. If he believes he can, then he can and he does! Hal is the life of the party at 6am and he is always fun to talk to. He has grown so much as a CrossFitter and it’s been awesome to watch it happen. Truly can’t imagine 6am without this guy and CrossFit Huntsville is a better place when he’s in it!
