WOD: A. 1 and 1/4 front squats 3-3-3-3 E3MOM B. Complete the following for time of: 5 squat cleans 185/125 20 pull ups 4 squat cleans 185/125 16 pull ups 3 squat cleans 185/125 12 pull ups 2 squat cleans 185/125 8 pull ups 1 squat clean 185/125 4 pull ups CFHSV Running & Endurance: Every 90 seconds sprint 200m, repeat for a total of 6 rounds Rest 3 minutes then, 4 rounds of: 100m sprints EMOM Rest 5 minutes then, 3 rounds for time of: 60 second flutter kicks, 90 second plank hold meet at Randolph Track at 7pm

Heavy clean took away from the pullup. DB is wicked like that.

Unfortunately, I'll be leaving here in just over a week to go back to school in Nashville and I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a good box in that area. Crossfit Huntsville has been amazing for the short time I've been there, and I love to join a box that is similar to it (although it could never match it). If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks for the help!
