Heck yeah! Caden and Isaiah are two young, hungry, hard working athletes who come ready to throw down every day. They’ve already got a few years of CrossFit under their belts, and there’s no doubt the sky is the limit for these two. Way to be, young studs! ?

Isaiah and Caden are two friendly faces I enjoy having in the 8:15 class! They work hard and motivate themselves and those around them!
