A. Went for 225 across, got the first 7 and 3 on the next. Legs just weren't feeling right under heavy stuff. Ended with 205 for the rest.

B. 9:03 scaled to 95#, my engine was running hot today!

'Dropped Lung' - Mondays WOD done in the AM:

A. 5RM Thruster 165(5) 195(3)

B. 16:54 scaled up @105

Today's WOD done in the PM:

A. Back Squats 255 across

B. 16:20 scaled up to 135

I knew from coaching yesterday's WOD that the 'Dropped Lung' was no joke. CFHSV went at it hard and I tried to follow suit. It devastated me!

Just realized I calculated incorrectly on the back squats and did 70% instead of 80%. Unfortunately it still felt tough! :)
