Partner 2 - 12 Kettlebell Swings & 8 Wallball Sit-ups

Kettlebells = 24/16kgs RX+ 32/24 MRX 20/12kgs

Wallballs = 20/14lbs MRX 20/10

*Rules = P1 rows/bikes while P2 performs KBS & WB Sit-ups, then switch positions, Once both have completed row/bike and KBS & WB Sit-ups = 1 round

Wow…love this pic. This is a terrific father daughter shot right here. It inspires me to see Jason come to the gym with his kids. Tate is doing her thing with her father’s support close by and I know he’s full of pride. Tate is an excellent CrossFitter and an even better person. She’s full of the right kind of attitude and I always enjoy joking with her before and after WODs. Tate brings her best no matter what! Y’all keep it up and keep leading the way Tate 😊

This picture makes me smile so big! Nothing like the bond between a dad and his daughter, and I love seeing CrossFit give families an opportunity to celebrate their health together. Jason sets the example not only as a hard working, dedicated athlete, but also as a man of integrity who always treats people with respect. Tate is a young stud herself who works incredibly hard, isn’t afraid of a challenge, and is as genuine and kind as they come. The Reinhardt family rocks and we are so lucky to have them at CFHSV! Way to go, Jason and Tate! 😃

Jason and Tate! Teams don’t get any better than this! It was so awesome to watch these two throw down and I have no doubt that they were beyond proud of each other every step of the way. I love seeing families CrossFit together! These are both tough athletes and they give it their all every single night they walk in the gym. They are both kind, coachable and consistent. This whole family makes CFHSV a better place!
