Oh my gracious, this lady is so awesome! Kathy is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and she just happens to be a CrossFit stud muffin! Watching her grow as an athlete over the years has been nothing but a pleasure, only to be outmatched by getting to know her as a person. It’s always a great way to close out the day with Kathy at the 615 ?
