Interesting WOD. So can we mix the OR parts? Can we (for example) do 25 HSPU and 50 HRPU? Feel like some HSPU but 75??

Did 5 sets of 10 reps with 400m runs. Worked out ok. 31:35 RX (50) My t2bar need a lot of work...
