C&J = 155lbs
Bob The Builder = 5 Cleans at 185lbs. Had over 2min almost 3 at the 185lbs, but just could not lock out my R arm w/185. Fought it for at least 5sec each time. No worries, staying after it and continue to work it.
I am biased but loved the WOD, truly hope you all did and it gave you a good push.
Stay smart and make sure you rest and have a good schedule of work, rest and competition as the Open starts in a couple days.
