I forgot how hard it is to do max rep sets and was seriously nauseated after the 5min efforts. No joke my hat goes off to all you CFers. Pumped you all are in such great shape and I am slowly getting back on the race horses you all ride daily.

With all of the grip training we've been doing, I should be able to hold on to the bar forever... whenever I stop being sore! Grip was still fatigued from the past several days.

28 pullups (PR) / 30 box jumps / 21 WBS

5 + 15 Rx. All unbroken with lots (too much) rest in between. Focusing on doing bigger sets for longer in WODs. Felt like I ran a 5K after this one!
